Thank you for shopping with Swift Pickle. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality pickleball paddle sets. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Products Covered

We sell pickleball paddle sets, each kit includes:

  • 2 Pickleball Paddles

  • 2 Pickleball Balls

All items are sold as a complete set.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery

  • The order is incomplete or incorrectly delivered

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Improper use or mishandling

  • Partial return of the kit (the full set must be returned)


Return Request Timeline

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@swiftpickle.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective products

  • Replacement items are subject to availability


Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging

  • Swift Pickle reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions
