Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays


Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship pickleball paddle sets as complete kits (2 paddles + 2 balls)

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on location and courier availability

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (if available)

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect


Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Swift Pickle is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue

Swift Pickle is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or regional restrictions
